Today should be the 2nd day of the orientation and yet i'm staying at home. Everybody should know that Opening Ceremony is kind of a boring thingy, it's all about speeches&speeches. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  Actually i visited the S'pore Flyer on the 28thMarch, the day before i went for my trip. Didn't have the time to post the pictures because that night i was busy doing my last minute packing and slept only at 5plus am when my flight was like 9plus am. 28thMarch We went to buy our tickets at the Ticketing counter and were told that the earliest 'flight' available would be 8.30pm. 'Ay yah, anything lah' was what we said because the night view of s'pore would be the same at any of the night time, so no difference. An hour plus to our boarding time and so we decided to roam around and anyhow take pictures.   As usual, he jumped. I'm a skillful photographer. Heehee.      There's a small small small small rainforest there.  Okay, i'm just trying to imitate some of the tourists. Because i realise they will have this signature hand sign whenever they are posing for any photo. Yeah, it's boarding time!    See the number of people queuing up to board the capsules. Look at the man in green, example of being a busybody. Long queue plus busybody people around us, that's why he gave this frustrated face. Our capsule is here! Blurish but those people were there to admire people who had the chance to take the ride, like us. Heehee. Here we go!  This is only like half way up.    These 2pictures were taken when the flyer was at its highest height. Wasnt high enough right, i thought i could see the view of the entire island. Paid 30bucks just for such view and maybe air-con service inside the capsule. We were like 'Omg, it's going down already leh. No more?!' So in order to make our ride worth the amount, we took lots&lots of photos and one video. Some people in the capsule keep looking at us. ) That's alot more and this picture was the last picture we took before we leave the capsule. Then we proceeded to a place where we can see the picture which the staffs took for everyone.   We kept prasing our own picture and we claim that we should be the Photo of the Day. Too poor to buy that photo, 15bucks for one. So we snap a photo of that photo and we saved 15bucks, we were just too clever. HAHA.Went to look for YY after that.  Overall, the ride wasnt as nice as we thought it would be. If the flyer could go higher and let us see the view of the entire island, it would be perfect. Anyway, we treated it as a experience only. This would be the first&last time we are taking the ride.Then we headed haagen diaz to have dessert, YUM!  Alright, that's about all!My trip's photo arent ready to be up yet. :) |
